server side:

implemented a new route: /vms/{id}/startwithcreds which start a VM with credentials (port, pwd)
updated README_server.md accordingly

client side:
updated run_dev and run_prod so that arguments with " are handled properly
updated validate script so that it correctly builds nexus-cli regardless of the current environment (dev or prod)
