server: log VM spice connections

Log ip of each client establishing a remote spice connection. A changing ip throughout an exam would indicate a cheating attempt.

Won't do as it is not even implemented in QEMU.

Therefore, not doable unless we decide to modify QEMU's code.

There is an issue opened in the QEMU project that addresses this very feature: https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu/-/issues/1777
